[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide commencement photography services for Bachelors, Masters, Professional and Doctoral hooding commencement ceremonies for the University. An estimated 6,000 students will graduate at the University’s five commencement exercises. The Contractor will receive the exclusive rights to capture the images of graduates at the ceremonies for resale to the graduates. A purchase decision by the graduates is optional, rather than mandatory, all monetary transactions for photographs taken and sold will be between the individual graduates and the Contractor. Communicate with graduates electronically prior to the ceremony regarding the photography purchase opportunity and the ordering process. The student shall only be able to view their individual photography information using login in credentials provided by the Contractor.
- Only Digital Photography work is accepted. The Contractor must be able to provide a web link for high resolution downloads of images or the ability for students to request the printing of digital images.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than March 4, 2019.
(3) The contract term will be for five years.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
