Government Authority located in South Carolina; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for mobile application platform.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide mobile application platform for use by its students, faculty, and staff.
- A branded, applet-based, mobile application capable of integrating seamlessly with the institution’s enterprise resource planning system, learning management system (blackboard), student e-mail (g-mail), and emergency notification system (re-group).
- Branded, native mobile application including, but not limited to, Apple iOS and Android devices that can be submitted to the Apple App and Google Play Store.
- The mobile solution deliverable will be a native Android and iOS application with an aesthetically pleasing interface providing a consistent end-user experience when accessing College enterprise applications.
- The mobile platform should be applet-based, providing OIT administrators with the Ability of enabling, disabling, or removing services on an individual basis while maintaining the overall operational functionality of the mobile app.
- Minimum colleague ERP student services include: registration add and drop, student holds, grades, student schedule, account summary, class search, registration status, address update, emergency contact update, financial aid, and academic transcript.
- Minimum colleague ERP faculty and staff services include: paystub, leave balance, faculty schedule,
classroom availability, student attendance tracking, and faculty grade entry.
- The mobile solution should provide access to a library of applets providing core college and university services (e.g. employee directory, news and announcements, event calendar, campus maps, etc.) with integration capability into existing directory, news, and calendar data sources.
- The ability to access the college’s social media presence (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
- The ability to access the college’s building interior maps using GPS or location services enabled
interactive interface.
- Must provide usage analytics via web portal (number of concurrent users, total users, applets used,
downloads, etc.).
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 4, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
