[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide arbitrage calculation and compliance services to enable county school district one to comply with federal tax laws relating to the rebate of arbitrage earnings on tax-exempt bonds issued by the district, review of all long and short term outstanding debt issues, including a legal review, of all applicable bond documents including the tax and arbitrage certificate, official statement, issue price certificate, indenture, ordinance, and other related documents, which shall be in the form of a transcript from bond counsel, evaluate and make recommendations on current investment and record keeping practices for those funds and accounts subject to arbitrage, advise district on methods to minimize or avoid arbitrage, inform district of any changes in arbitrage compliance regulations that may occur during the term of the contract, consultation to the district as necessary regarding matters related to the rebate provisions, prepare a rebate compliance report showing compliance with one of the expenditure exceptions to rebate, monitor critical deadlines and dates relating to the bonds to the government authority located in Columbia, SC.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than February 28, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
