Government Authority located in South Carolina; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for physical therapist services for student athletes.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide physical therapist services for student athletes for scheduled appointments, in coordination with the university athletic training staff, for 10 15 hours per week in the university athletic training facility, hours to be adjusted based on need, communicate with the university athletic training staff on the progress of student athletes in order for proper relay of information to the appropriate coaches, manage administrative tasks associated with the student athletes which shall include, but not be limited to appointment scheduling, obtaining insurance authorizations, and submission of all claims to insurance companies for reimbursement to the government authority located in South Carolina.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 18, 2019.
(3) The term of the contract shall be five years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
