[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide transit marketing services for marketing or public relations firms to manage and expand the public awareness and marketing strategy in traditional and non-traditional media advertising, word of mouth advertising, social media, research and public relations, campaign that incorporates a wide range of marketing strategies that will effectively promote the use of the transit system, increase awareness, drive ridership and implement branding of this new service, manage social media including at a minimum, Facebook, twitter and Instagram, respond to customer service requests received over social media to ensure an excellent response time, complete overhaul of existing website, develop up to four new how-to-ride videos to include on the site and in social media, including how to use the new apps, promote the launch of the new website when complete, development of a recommended annual schedule for boosting select social media posts on Facebook and Instagram, including timeline, budget and subject matter, develop and conduct at least one social media contest to promote ridership and increased social media following, development of strategic marketing partnerships, identify, assess and recommend select advertising and promotional opportunities, inclusion of marketing materials and information in travel and visitor packets distributed by the various real estate and vacation rental companies as well as hotels, restaurants and attractions.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on January 4, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than January 11, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
