[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide student fulfillment search and direct marketing enrollment consulting services to support the College Office of Admissions recruitment efforts directed to non-resident students and to increase enrollment of this population, proven track record and expertise in understanding the national landscape and the competitive factors affecting student recruitment, understanding through application of informed marketing strategies while producing desirable enrollment outcomes, Provide multi-channel marketing campaigns and outreach to the suspect pool, Build a pipeline of parents of suspects and create multi-channel marketing campaigns to this population, Provide a fully-mobile optimized, accessible and customized application option, which easily integrates with along with marketing strategies to deliver the application, Provide enrollment management and enrollment strategies consultation to admissions staff, Provide quarterly analysis of success of vendor’s student search and marketing campaigns, Increase brand awareness, Provide recommendations about future activities to enhance enrollment, Provision of personalized, timely and effective direct marketing services to maximize engagement, including message development, publication design and creation, web development, distribution management, digital strategy, communication planning and tracking, and lead generation through direct marketing campaigns for three populations, A custom application marketing campaign directed to high school seniors to facilitate and encourage applications for admission to CofC be submitted and completed, Provide direct marketing and messaging to students and parents to facilitate application submission to desired population including messaging to applicants who have started but not yet submitted an application, Provide and deploy communications that are optimized for all devices including mobile phones, tablets, and laptops, Create and deploy dedicated parent efforts across campaigns designed to build an incremental parent pipeline and deepen engagement overall, Develop and execute a multi-channel lead response strategy to provide follow-up marketing outreach to responders and non-responders, Development and delivery of online resources such as electronic inquiry forms, personalized landing pages and other communication channels including social media and digital advertising, Development and delivery of analytical reports and status updates that demonstrate effectiveness of direct marketing efforts as well as real-time campaign reporting,
(2) All question must be submitted no later than January 3, 2018.
(3) The contract term will be for five years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
