[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide next generation telephony system for easily expandable, robust, and exceptionally user friendly, complexity of the overall system, components required, quality of warranty coverage and maintenance, Ease of Use, Solution Intuitiveness, Visual Aesthetics, User Customizable Options, Audio Quality, and User Resource Content, receiving emergency requests through newer technology other than voice communication sources, answers emergency telephone calls, texts, and internet web posts for all municipalities, able to operate within an Internet Protocol (IP) environment, enable receipt of emergency and non-emergency requests for service from any citizen, user-friendly, intuitive, integrated, reliable, and secure System that the County can rely upon to manage emergency and non-emergency incidents, Customer Support, frequency of data backups and how they are managed, protected through the use of redundant modules to ensure single point failure tolerance, utilize hot standby operation on vital modules so that when a failure occurs in any of those modules, the system automatically switches to the backup module and capable of expansion to meet anticipated growth.
(2) The total call volume emergency and non-emergency for the Center in 2017 was just over 1,000,000.
(3) A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on January 10, 2019.
(4) All question must be submitted no later than January 18, 2019.
(5) The contract term will be for one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
