[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide environmental consulting services to the government authority located in Lancaster, SC.
a. Inspecting offices/schools for asbestos.
b. Re-inspecting offices/schools for asbestos as part of the EPA 3-year AHERA requirements.
c. Updating management plans for changes in 3-year re-inspections and abatement activities.
d. Preparing written design specifications and CADD drawings of abatement projects.
e. Performing asbestos air monitoring of abatement projects.
f. In coordination with the District’s Procurement Officer, pre-qualifying, selecting, and contracting with abatement contractors.
g. Assisting the district with establishing timelines and budgets for abatement projects.
h. Assisting the district in the preparation of bid and contract documents for abatement projects.
i. Asbestos bulk sample and air analysis.
j. Asbestos awareness training for district employees.
k. Overall management of asbestos abatement projects.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 02, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for three years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
