[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide legislative relations services that will increase education and awareness regarding STO programs and gain support,
- Provide professional advice and make strategic recommendations for advocacy efforts to key stakeholders including elected officials,
- Provide recommendations and services to assist with the legislative agenda,
- Represent for the purpose of making the agency’s position known on pending and proposed legislation, policy and rulings,
- Consult with and apprise the appropriate leadership and their designees on a regular basis regarding targeted matters being considered by the State and Federal government that may impact programs, draft and edit any proposed legislation or requests deemed necessary to support the STO’s mission and assist in securing suitable sponsors to introduce such legislation,
- Counsel, as appropriate and necessary, officers regarding attendance at relevant meetings and for hearings on applicable legislation to the government authority located in Columbia, SC.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 27, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
