[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide employee survey services for assess the level of employee engagement by procuring an independent surveying solution, secure web-based assessment infrastructure that manages completion and results, ensure anonymity is within their own system, Dash boarding features should include overall engagement results, number of respondents, and other high level metrics pertinent to employee survey results, improve based on industry benchmarks and previous engagement improvements, able to provide instant feedback as surveys, Ratings must have features like distribution, average score, comments, demographic details and flag for action plan, customizable and measure employee engagement, strategic alignment, managerial motivation and execution to the government authority located in Columbia, SC.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 7, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
