[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide new parking control system, the library is attempting to take advantage of advancements in parking automation that have occurred throughout the industry, in addition to offering real time access controls and information, centralized accounting and data tracking with secured system access through the library’s network, the county is seeking a self-pay system which can maximize throughput in the exit lanes in order to improve the customer experience to the government authority located in North Charleston, SC.
(2) All written questions must be submitted no later than November 29, 2018.
(3) A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on November 27, 2018.
