[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services for office facility which consists of a main building with five floors plus a penthouse including
- all cleaning supplies, carts, cleaning material, and equipment
- will supply a soap, toilet paper, tri-fold paper towels, trash can liners, etc.
- office building consists of offices, cubicles, vending machine areas, breakrooms, staircases, elevators, and restrooms
- The mens restrooms have stalls, urinals, and sinks, women restrooms have stalls and sinks,
- Vacuum walk-off mats
- All carpet floors are to be vacuumed using a vacuum with a 4-level filtration system
- All hard surface floors are to be vacuumed using a vacuum with a 4-level filtration system
- Entrance glass doors, interior and exterior, are to be cleaned of all fingerprints and marks weekly
wipe clean glass interior and exterior frames
- Fingerprints and marks will be removed from door jambs, door handles, light switches and weekly
walls using a microfiber cleaning cloth and disinfectant
- This includes high shelves, partition tops, window sills, ceiling vents, pictures and other weekly
wall decorations, and baseboards, etc.to the government authority located in Columbia, SC.
(2) A conference meeting will be held on October 18, 2018.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than October 19, 2018.
(4) The contract term will be for five years.
