(1) Vendor needs to provide audio video equipment to consulting, design, and implementation of A/V systems for three new buildings in meeting rooms, training rooms, court rooms, council chambers, and hallways including
- Meeting Rooms – monitors for presentations
- Training Rooms – monitors for presentations, projectors for presentations, sound amplification for training sessions
- Court Rooms- monitors for displaying evidence for jurors and judges, sound amplification for court proceedings
- Council Chambers - monitors for presentations, projectors for presentations, sound amplification for council meetings, cameras for recording and streaming live meetings
- Hallways- monitors for directions and other information, etc.to the government authority located in York, SC.
(2) A pre-proposal meeting will be held on October 16, 2018.
