(1) Vendor needs to provide bookstore inventory control, text management, accounting and point of sale system for textbook rentals, digital textbook integration, merchant and debit card processing, reporting, disaster recovery and integrated textbook buyback.
(2) Contract period shall be for five years.

- Onshore (USA Only);

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
