[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide furnish and install automatic vending equipment including food items and beverages for sandwiches, cold plates, fruit, etc. to the government authority located in Columbia, SC.
- Use nationally known brand products (i.e., mars, Hershey, peter Paul, lance, Frito-Lay, coke, Pepsi, Hormel, Campbell, grand strand, Pierre, deli express, Michelina etc.).
- Not sell chewing gum or candy containing chewing gum (of any type).
- Not sell tobacco products (of any type).
- Condiments at all locations serving food items and sandwiches. Condiments include items necessary to consume cold food items provided by vendor, single serve packet items (salt, pepper, ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise), napkins, dispenser, etc.
(2) Contract period will be for one year.
