(1) Vendor needs to provide removal and installation of transformer and switchgear equipment tests and adhere to the manufactures installation instructions as to not void the factory warranty to the government authority located in North Charleston, SC.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
