[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide environmental health and safety data management system that manages laboratory groups by principal investigators (PI) and lab members, and enables tracking of visiting researchers, and allows for individual users to have multiple roles under a single account.
- Management of chemicals used to identify quantity and associated risks and hazards and the proper chemical disposal.
- An integrated system for inspections that allows for mobile-friendly interface for personnel to use tablets and mobile devices to do inspections and the ability to identify and communicate outstanding inspections, trends of activity, common findings, and corrective actions.
- Management of equipment that requires certification or regulatory license tracking including fume hoods, biological safety cabinets, eyewashes, safety showers, lasers, scintillation counters, gloveboxes, and other equipment used to ensure safe operation within the research areas.
- Ability to expand or add other integrated data management systems including training delivery and records management, biosafety and radioisotopes and online integrated forms.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 2, 2018.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
