[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide information technology infrastructure evaluation and staffing analysis services a two full-time position of IT director or systems administrator and desktop support technician.
- creation of additional policies and procedures, and multi-year planning
- current staffing levels are adequate to effectively manage and support the amount of equipment, devices and applications we have and the services we offer
- analysis should be an in-depth look at everything our I.T. department is responsible for and not just a comparison of similarly size counties.
- I.T. department oversees to network diagrams, application lists, job descriptions, and additional supporting documentation will be made available upon request. i.t. maintains all network security, maintains all pcs and printers
- All major applications such as email, sql databases, financial & budgeting systems, payroll/time and attendance, Ms office productivity suites, and mobile applications. online registration, payroll and accounting software is currently web-based.
- consultant will evaluate our current I.T. staff and its ability to effectively support, manage and maintain the existing equipment, software and systems that they are responsible for. Staffing recommendations should be made that will allow us to proactively support all our system areas, while at the same time allowing us to provide excellent customer service to those departments whom we support, etc. to the government authority located in Columbia, SC.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than between September 19 to September 25 ,2018.
