[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide communications and marketing services for development of comprehensive media plans to achieve the recruiting needs of client projects using television, radio, cable television, outdoor billboards, newspaper, magazine, regional promotions, professional sports, festivals, grocery store, college sports, internet and wireless.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on April 14, 2016.
(3) Contract period shall be for five years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
