Government Authority located in South Carolina; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for New Software and Scanning of Older Records.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide New Software and Scanning of Older Records to replace an aging document capture and fee collection system with a more modern application, ROD personnel will gain efficiency in processing documents through improved workflows, advanced image capturing tools, and more robust data entry interfaces, includes the fee collection associated with accepting and recording documents, scanning the documents, making them available to the public, and accurately capturing data related to the documents to make them searchable,
- Provide on-site support during and after implementation including a description of the cost model options, application should function in Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari at a minimum
- also provide paper to digital scanning and Indexing services to Supported image formats should include TIF, PDF, and GIF.
(2) A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on September 6, 2018.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than September 10, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite and Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
