[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide management and other services to assist the county during the development of management services, responsibilities and priorities, plan, organize, package, and execute activities necessary to deliver the management services within established parameters, assist the county with securing financing, obtaining inter-agency support and cooperation, negotiating, prepare for and participate in providing public information when necessary and evaluate options and recommend the most appropriate delivery method for each project or package of projects to the government authority located in North Charleston, SC.
- Financial Management to perform management services and/or project level forecasting, budgeting,
scheduling, monitoring, and reporting, review, analyze, and provide invoice payment recommendations and prepare financial reports.
- Real Estate Services to assist in marketing and obtaining remaining tenants, market the property and negotiate leases with potential tenants, achieve maximum value per square foot, brokerage services, lease administration and contract management, recommendations relating to acquisition, disposition, and reuse strategies of the property, prepare cash flow analysis of property and break-even analysis and review due diligence, develop marketing strategies and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans on behalf of the county under direction of staff to maximize sale and/or sale leaseback opportunities.
- Other Services of periodically update and support a networked computer system that is and remains compatible and can readily link to and exchange information with the county’s computer resources.
(2) A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on August 27, 2018.
(3) All question must be submitted in written no later than September 04, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
