(1) Vendor needs to provide hosted institutional review board manager software that is entirely cloud based, ability to create numerous document templates and merge the data from the system into the document, ability to customize and create submission forms, to post the agenda and minutes in order for committees to review and approve, ability to set and change who has the access to view protocols in the system is crucial, allow the user the ability to control and change who has access to the data.
(2) A contract term will be for five years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
