[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide security renovations services for,
-  Lobby Testing Area,
-  Security improvements in Office Hallway,
-  Wall Repairs at Administrative Office,
-  City Hall Lighting Repairs,
-  Drywall and Painting Repairs,
-  Remove and dispose of existing front door of Street and make repairs as needed to existing jamb,
-  Install new exterior door system, paint to match existing finishes,
-  Remove and dispose of existing exterior trim materials around front door and install new PVC trim materials to match existing profiles as closely as possible, paint to match existing finishes,
-  Install new keypad and deadbolt at new front door to create private employee entrance,
-  Replace existing emergency light at hall to allow for door clearance,
-  Install a narrow-angled desk (approximately eight feet in length, with raised shelf) in hallway in front of the utility closet to create a check-in and security station,
-  Install solid surface countertop at deck and raised shelf to the government authority located in Myrtle Beach, SC.
(2) A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on August 2, 2018.
