[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide IT Support and Services to offer full systems engineering, server support, and maintenance including
• Emergency after-hours network repairs, both remote and on-site
• Virus and Spyware removal
• Telephone and Remote Support (Help Desk)
• Changes to Windows Active Directory
• Workstation migrations
• Windows Server maintenance and monitoring
• Firewall, switch, and router maintenance and configuration
• Software installation and testing on server and workstations
• Any miscellaneous day to day technology issues that may arise to the government authority located in West Columbia, SC.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 9,2018.
(3) A contract period will be for one year.
