[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide parking garage management service to reimbursement of operating expenses and a management fee. service to the consumer is paramount, and a clear understanding of the sensitive nature of parking on the campus is required to the government authority located in Columbia, SC.
