[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide recording and logging system for the 9-1-1 Center to enable retention of audio, photo, video, and metadata communications, System should be Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) to the maximum extent feasible, all hardware, software, interfaces, training, documentation, data conversion, maintenance, support, and services needed, to reduce risks, increase maintainability, maximize reliability, and ensure the County procures sustainable solutions, for the logging, recording, query, recreation, and duplication of all data pertinent to all aspects of public safety and all functionality, Recording System will contain production and backup environments, Trunk recording is the most basic necessity for any 9-1-1 operation and is mandated by law in most areas of the country. Charleston County 9-1-1 requires any proposed System have the ability to record all individual 9-1-1 calls, non-emergency communications, and radio transmissions for the purpose of incident record for the 9-1-1 center regardless of dispatch, agency response, or incident outcome, Radio Recording, Position Recording, Screen Recording/Capture, Data Capture, Playback Incident Recreation, Incident Export, Data Conversion.
(2) A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on June 13, 2018.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than June 25, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
