[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide web-based enterprise service management software to automate and manage service relationships inside and outside the enterprise, to analyze maintenance and support costs for assets, technology and services, improve efficiency and service response times and quality software-as-a-service.
(2) Contract period shall be for three years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
