[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide learning content management system include communications, productivity, student involvement, course delivery, course management, content development, comprehensive reporting, and related administrative functions,
- Solution must be SCORM, IEEE LOM, and IMS compliant
- Solution must have multi-level security with password protection
- Solution must be able to integrate with SIS, ERP, and portal solutions
- Solution must have a disaster recovery process
- Solution must have routine security and system
- Solution should be accessible to current versions of common operating systems (including Microsoft Windows, macOS, Linux) and browsers (including Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari)
- Solution must be capable of authenticating users using Active Directory and ADFS/SAML.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on May 2, 2018.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than May 4, 2018.
(4) A contract period will be for one year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
