(1) Vendor needs to provide downtown master plan consultant services for develop a much higher level of amenities in order to compete for overnight and weekly guests and removal of height restrictions, parking management, planned unit developments, public infrastructure investment, and private public benefit financed infrastructure to the government authority located in Myrtle Beach, SC.
