[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide customer relationship management system for allow for reasonable and manageable upgrade paths to minimize operational impact of new releases, manage interactions and relationships with prospective students, parents, college counselors, and other essential constituents by using advanced personalization technology, ability to identify potential duplicate records and merge the records when applicable, ability to build and execute unique communication plans for multiple constituencies using targeted emails, direct mail, and text messaging, ability to send personalized communication based on any data field, allow students and families to reschedule a campus tour, able to track student and guest registration separately, ability to build and maintain online applications for multiple constituencies and ability to collect online payments such as application fees and enrollment deposits.
(2) A pre-proposal meeting will be held on May 4, 2018.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than May 4, 2018.
(4) Contract period will be one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
