- Capability to view three search/listening streams at
- Capability to track three competitors at a time
- Ability for users to tag social posts with keywords, for tracking/monitoring purposes
- Provides robust content analytics
- Provides robust audience/demographic data
- Ability to generate custom reports
- Platform can synch with Adobe Creative Cloud and Dropbox
- Social Media Campaign capability
- social landing page, helps manage giveaways, etc.
