[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide after hours telephone answering service during Monday through Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. and coverage must be provided 7 days a week, 24 hours a day for weekends and state holidays.
(2) Approximate call volume will be 75 calls per month.
(3) Contract period shall be for one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
