[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide brand discovery, design, development and strategy services to develop a strategy that will establish a unified brand and marketing approach, branding platform is meant to harmonize marketing of business recruitment, special events, to gain feedback on the research, creation/development, and implementation phases, long-standing approach, include engaged and informed stakeholders and a consistent and comprehensive verbal and visual identity, brand story, message, and tag line, logo and style guide, web, social media, print, advertising, monument and wayfinding signage, private sector deployment and for use on municipal vehicles and apparel.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than February 19, 2018.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
