[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide call answering services from Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to
4:30 PM for efficient messaging, superior customer service and communication support.
(2) Approximate call volume will be 7,065 calls per year (300 to 1,000 calls per month) during peak months from October to January and 5,000 calls annually (300 to 500 calls per month) during month.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than October 24, 2017.
(4) Contract period will be for one year.

[D] Work Performance:
Global, companies from all over the world can apply for this. However, meetings can be conducted via ONLINE conference calls.
