[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide text messaging system to support the distribution of recorded audio via telephone, support launching telephone notifications via personal computer, telephone and smartphone and tablet devices, launching telephone notifications via the alert manager app, support playing a recording in the user's own voice, support pre-recorded notifications, to maximize the delivery of messages to recipients.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 10, 2017.
(3) Contract period will be for five years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
