[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial and cleaning services for construction building, repair shop, weather room, break room, bathroom, lobbies, vacuum floor mats, outside of refrigerator, all horizontal surfaces, including desktop, file cabinets, windowsills, tables, pictures etc. to the government authority located in Aiken, SC.
(2) A pre-bid conference be held on September 05, 2017.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than August 31, 2017.
(4) Contract period will be for five years.
